How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all US and Canada orders placed directly on our website.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and Canada. 

If you live in a different country, please email our Customer Care team at support@freakmount.com with your name, country and email in order to be added to our mailing list. We will reach out to you once we begin shipping to your country.

When will I receive my product?

Depending on your location, orders are shipped from our US or Canada warehouses. Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, domestic orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from order.

There's an issue with my order, how do I get in touch?

For any issues relating to your order, please contact us at support@freakmount.com.

If you never received an order confirmation email, please send an email to support@freakmount.com so that the team can get everything squared away as quickly as possible.

If you received a confirmation email but no shipment email, that means our warehouse is still working on your order. Feel free to shoot an email to support@freakmount.com if you want more information and we will be happy to look into your order. All that we ask is that you include your order number somewhere in the email.

If you received a shipment email, we recommend first looking at the tracking information.
